What are the check-in and check-out times?
What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am.
Do I need to make a reservation for transportation to the bus terminal?
Please call us when you arrive at the bus terminal.
We will come to pick you up.
Is there parking available?
Free parking is available on site. Only guests staying at the hotel may use the parking lot.
How long does it take to get to the Yubatake?
It’s about a 3-4 minute walk.
The entrance to Sainokawara Park is also reachable in 3 to 4 minutes.
It is located on a hill in the center of the hot spring town.
Can I use a credit card?
We accept most major credit cards, including VISA, MASTER, DINERS, AMEX, and JCB.
What time is the bath available?
You may enter from check-in (2:00 p.m.) until check-out (10:00 a.m.). The men’s and women’s baths are being changed at dawn, and will be closed for one hour (3:00 am to 5:00 am) for simple cleaning. The hours of each bath are as follows

Are there private baths?
Sorry, no.
Can I access a wheelchair inside the building?
Yes, you can. (Please note that wheelchairs are not permitted in the Japanese-style rooms.)
We have wheelchairs available for rental within the building.
How big is the open-air bath in the Unshoan guest rooms?
The details are as follows.
We can also provide a shower chair. Please contact us if you would like one.

Order a flower arrangement
[Price] From 3,850 yen
We will create it according to your request. Please tell us the color tone and atmosphere you would like. We may not be able to meet your request regarding the flowers depending on the season. We can also include a message card. Please contact us 2-3 days in advance if you would like to order.
* Please be sure to specify the time and timing for serving both the cake and flower arrangement.
(Example) Without letting anyone know…. After dinner, when serving dessert…. (Cake) Attach a card to your room upon arrival…. (Flower arrangement)
What about internet connection?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
We do not guarantee that this service will be available to all customers.
In addition, this service may not be available depending on the type and installation of the communication device or software.
Can I change my online reservation benefits on the day?
You can make changes.
Please let the front desk or your room attendant know when you arrive on the day.
Can I send my luggage before my stay?
We will accept it.
Please be sure to write your stay date and reservation name on the shipping slip.
I want to bring my pet?
I am very sorry.
Pets are not allowed inside the building.
